ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2025 - 26

OFFLINE MODE

Guidelines:

  1. Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person by the parent / guardian who will be responsible to the Principal, of the child’s studies and conduct outside the school
  2. Pupils coming from other schools should produce the ‘Transfer Certificate’ issued by the head of the school concerned.
  3. Pupils coming from schools outside our District and State will be admitted on submission of Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the inspecting officers in charge of the institutions in strict conformity with the table of standards issued by the department.
  4. Date of birth furnished in the Transfer Certificate will be taken as correct. In case of pupils to be newly admitted, the correct date of birth should be furnished in the application for admission and necessary Documentary Evidence must be produced.
  5. After submitting the admission form the school shall schedule an interaction/written test for the student as per the grades applied.
  6. Admissions are made by the Principal after personal interview of a student.

Note: Admission forms are available in the school office. They need to be duly filled and submitted to the principal for further evaluation. (Admission forms can also be downloaded from here and submitted to the Principal.)

ONLINE MODE

Guidelines:

  1. Click on the Apply Now button below as per the choice of the class to be admitted.
  2. Carefully fill the online Admission Form. (Name and date of birth as per the official approved documents).
  3. Print the admission form and affix the signature of the authorized signatory.
  4. You will receive message about the acceptance of your request for admission from the school (in the registered email or mobile number).
  5. Submit the Admission Form along with the necessary documents at the school for further procedures

GENERAL CRITERIA

a)  The Admission procedure starts by submitting the application form available above.

b)  The Age criteria appropriate to the grade as on June 1st for the AY 2025-26 is mentioned below:

Play School: 3 years

LKG : 4 years

UKG: 5 years

Grade 1: 6 years

c)  Once the form is submitted, the Admissions Unit shall schedule an interaction/written test for the student as per the grades applied.

d)  This will be followed by scheduling of school visit for the parents and interaction with the Principal. Both the parents should be present for the interaction with the Principal. On approval of the Principal, the student shall be given admission to the appropriate grade.

e)  All the listed documents are to be submitted at the most by 7 days of confirming the admission. Special care should be taken to ensure all the details furnished in the form are true and accurate.

f)  Documents to be submitted:

i)  3 Passport size photographs.

ii)  Aadhar card copy (Student and Parents).

iii)  Birth Certificate copy.

iv)  Caste Certificate copy ( if applicable).

v)  Permanent Education Number (PEN) and APAAR ID

vi)  Study certificate (applicable for NRI’s).

vii)  Original TC with STS Number (if applicable).

viii)  Copy of latest report card. (if applicable)
