Farewell of Mr Micheal Mackwan

“Every end is a new beginning. Farewell is not forever; it’s a chance to cherish the memories.”
A heartfelt farewell function was organized for our beloved attender, Mr. Michael, who dedicated 31 years of service to our institution. The program took place on the school premises and was attended by staff, students, former principals, management committee members, PTA members, heads of the sisters’ institution, sisters of the convent, the Assistant Parish Priest of Our Lady of Health Church, parents, and guests.
The event commenced with a welcome dance performed by the students. Our respected Principal, Rev. Fr. Rolwyn Joy Aranha, warmly welcomed the gathering and expressed gratitude for Mr. Michael’s sincere and tireless contributions. The Principal highlighted Mr. Michael’s commitment, discipline, and friendly nature, which earned him the love and respect of all.
The President of the program, our Correspondent Mr. Lessly Clifford Dsouza, addressed the audience, appreciating Mr. Michael’s invaluable contributions to the school. He fondly reminisced about Mr. Michael’s years of service and wished him a peaceful, healthy, and happy retirement.
The program concluded with a felicitation ceremony. Mr. Michael shared a few emotional words, expressing his gratitude to the management and staff. Prishel Dsouza. Grade 8 student, shared her sentiments on behalf of all the students, while Mrs. Zareena Lasrado expressed her gratitude for Mr. Michael’s dedicated service. Mrs. Sabita, a supporting staff member, shared her memories of working with him. Additionally, students performed a dance as part of the cultural program.
Mrs. Anna Soans and Mr. Umesh served as the Masters of Ceremony, and Mrs. Sneha Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
It was a memorable and emotional event that reflected the deep bond Mr. Michael shares with the school family.
