Capacity Building Program

Don Bosco English Medium School, Shirva organized a Capacity Building Training Program for the teachers of CBSE schools in its vicinity on 30^th August, 2025. The initiative aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of educators and equipping them with innovative strategies to meet the evolving demands of modern classrooms.

The sessions were conducted by experienced trainers, Lt. Govindaraja K and Mr Shreedhara B, and covered a wide range of topics including student engagement techniques, classroom management, integration of technology in education, and fostering critical and creative thinking among learners. Teachers actively participated in interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical demonstrations, which enriched their knowledge and broadened their pedagogical outlook. 62 teachers from various CBSE school in its vicinity participated in the CBP.

Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of Don Bosco English Medium School expressed gratitude to the CBSE Board and the facilitators for their valuable contribution. He further encouraged teachers to implement the insights gained during the training in their daily classroom practices.
