Annual Day Celebration of Grade 1 to Grade 5

The Annual Day Programme of Don Bosco English Medium School Primary Section was celebrated on 27th November, 2025 with great grandeur. The celebration began with a grand welcome to the dignitaries by the school band, followed by a prayer song that created a serene atmosphere. A graceful welcome dance set the tone for the evening and filled the audience with anticipation.
Principal Fr. Rolwyn Joy Aranha presented the annual school report, highlighting the academic progress and achievements of the students. The Chief Guest, Mrs. Joy Jeevan Rai, Principal of SDM School, Mangaluru, addressed the gathering with an insightful speech on parenting and instilling confidence in children. The Correspondent, Very Rev. Fr. Leslie C. D’Souza, in his presidential address, appreciated the committed efforts of staff and parents and encouraging students to remain value-oriented and strive for excellence. Certificates of merit were awarded to students who had excelled in academics and other disciplines, adding a proud moment to the evening.
The cultural segment then unfolded with a vibrant display of talent and creativity. Students presented the Rainbow Colours Dance, a lively performance symbolizing unity in diversity, followed by Nava Rasa, an expressive dance portraying the nine emotions of human life. A Kannada skit on “Save Water, Save Life” conveyed a strong social message on conservation, while an English skit titled “The Dream Palace” showcased imagination and theatrical skills, leaving the audience captivated.
Anchors Aldora Dsouza, Nevan Fernandes and Sanvith Shetty, confidently guided the audience through the programme with charm and energy. The Welcome Note was delivered by Anika Acharya and Rivan Dsou, setting a cheerful and festive tone, while Meora Gomes proposed the Vote of thanks, A special highlight of the evening was the Parents’ Dance, a refreshing and innovative addition that delighted the audience with its novelty and drew enthusiastic appreciation.
The celebration concluded with the school anthem, leaving everyone with a sense of pride, unity, and joy. The evening was not only a showcase of talent but also a memorable milestone in the school’s calendar, reflecting the spirit of Don Bosco English Medium School.
