MARTYRS DAY

The tyrant dies and his rule is over, the martyr dies and his rule begins.
The nation in reverence pays homage to the martyr on 30th January every year. It was on this black lettered day in the annals of India, a noble soul-Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated. The students of Class 9 B conducted the morning assembly in memory of the martyrs. After the prayer service students enlighted the students about Gandhiji. The Principal paid floral tribute to the Father of the Nation. Quiz questions were asked related to Gandhiji and an action song was performed. The value of Gandhi’s ideals was imbibed through this assembly.
