The Kindergarten Section of Don Bosco English Medium School, Shirva, celebrated Rainbow Day with great enthusiasm on 10th July 2026, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with colour, creativity and joyful learning. The program commenced with a prayer song, seeking God’s blessings for a meaningful celebration. The young learners then captivated the audience with a series of delightful performances, including a colourful short skit, energetic dances and lively action songs, beautifully portraying the beauty and significance of the rainbow and its seven vibrant colours. The Guest of the Day, Mrs. Savitha Shettigar, warmly interacted with the children, making the celebration even more engaging. She encouraged the students to identify the colours of the rainbow and appreciated their enthusiastic responses. Addressing the gathering, she inspired the little ones to remain united, spread happiness and shine brightly like a rainbow by embracing love, kindness and friendship in their daily lives. The celebration concluded on a cheerful note, leaving the children with a deeper understanding of colours, teamwork and the importance of unity. Rainbow Day was a memorable learning experience that blended fun, creativity and valuable life lessons, making it a truly enriching event for the young learners.
