Teacher Training on Staff Development Programme

“Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better” says Dylan William. At the outset of the arrival of new academic year 2022-23, it was necessary to have staff development programme to the teachers. One such programme was held on 30th May 2022 in the school Audio-Visual hall. Mr Ronald Pinto was the resource person of the day. He kept the session live through songs, jokes, ice-breaking sessions and stories. He shared his knowledge through his immense experience. His spot questions to the teachers were interesting. He also shared his personal experiences in order to explain the topics.

Through this session the teachers learnt the teaching-learning skills, the ways to become effective teachers, to gain mastery over subjects and to have love towards our profession
