International Women’s Day

Don Bosco English Medium School, Shirva, celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8th with a fun-filled event. The male staff organized a lucky game for all the wonderful female teachers, with the students cheering as the audience.

All the female staff were given a smiley sticker with a message that their life be a reminder of happiness and joy always. The Principal Rev. Fr. Rolwyn Joy Aranha warmly wished the female staff a Happy Women’s Day and highlighted the importance of rights and equality for all women and girls. The principal’s message resonated the theme for this year’s International Women’s Day, “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality and Empowerment.” The celebration was a heartwarming reminder of the strength and power of women.
