Karnataka Rajyotsava

Don Bosco English Medium School, Shirva, celebrated Karnataka Rajyotsava on November 1, 2023, with great enthusiasm and cultural pride. The event began with a prayer, followed by a vibrant cultural program highlighting the rich heritage of Karnataka. Students enthusiastically performed traditional dances, recited Kannada poetry, and presented skits reflecting the state’s glorious history and culture.

A special moment of the celebration was the heartfelt musical tribute by the Principal, Rev. Fr. Rolwyn Aranha, who conveyed his warm wishes through a melodious Kannada song, touching the hearts of everyone present. His performance emphasized the beauty of the Kannada language and its cultural significance.

The event instilled a deep sense of pride and love for Karnataka among students and staff. The program concluded with the singing of the state anthem, leaving everyone inspired to preserve and promote the language, traditions, and unity of Karnataka.
