Parent Orientation of Play School

The Parent Orientation Program for the academic year 2025–26 was conducted with warmth and enthusiasm at Don Bosco Playschool, with the aim of welcoming and familiarizing new parents with the curriculum, routines, and activities their children will explore throughout the year. The program began on a solemn note with a prayer, invoking God’s blessings for a fruitful academic journey ahead.

Our esteemed Principal Rev. Fr. Rolwyn Joy Aranha addressed the parents, underlining the vital importance of early childhood education in shaping a child’s future. He highlighted how playschool serves as the cornerstone for developing essential life skills and nurturing a love for learning. He also took the opportunity to brief the parents on the school’s basic rules and expectations, encouraging collaboration between home and school for the child’s overall development.

Mrs. Jyothi Lobo, the class teacher, gave a brief yet informative presentation on the various activities planned for the year, which showcased the vibrant, engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences designed to foster holistic growth among the young learners.

Adding to the charm of the event, the tiny tots themselves were present and had the opportunity to explore their classroom environment. This early exposure helped them become familiar with the school atmosphere and laid the groundwork for a smooth transition into formal learning.
