Rainbow Day

“A Rainbow is a promise of sunshine after rain”. A very important part of learning during Kindergarten years is identification and recognition of colours. Based on the theme “Colours” Rainbow Day was celebrated in Don Bosco Kindergarten school on June 24th, 2024. The attires wore by the students resembled the colours of rainbow. Children spoke on the colours of the rainbow and their significance, sang rhymes and presented a short skit about the seven colours of Rainbow. The Guest of the Day Rev. Fr. Ronson Pinto, Asst. Parish Priest of Our Lady of Health Church, Shirva addressed the tiny tots by saying – ‘the seven different colors of the rainbow give a beautiful look to the Rainbow. He called upon the students to stay in unity and harmony with their peers and to shine like the rainbow with the beauty of diversity and power of unity. Mrs. Renita Dsouza anchored the programme.
